Cloudiva offers subscription plans billed monthly or annually. Prices are displayed in EUR and are exclusive of any applicable taxes.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You authorise us to charge your payment method on file for the renewal amount.
We may change subscription prices with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

All content, design, code, and trademarks on cloudiva.mk are the property of Cloudiva and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written consent.
Data you upload or generate through the Service (e.g. your tracked keywords, backlink reports) remains your property. You grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to provide the Service.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or events beyond our control may cause temporary downtime. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloudiva's total liability for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. SEO results depend on many factors outside our control — we do not guarantee specific search ranking improvements.
Either party may terminate at any time. You may cancel your subscription through your portal account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.
Upon termination, your access to the Service ceases. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, subject to our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of North Macedonia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of North Macedonia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email or in-app notice at least 7 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
