Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Cloudiva. This policy explains when refunds are available, how to request one, and what to expect. We aim to handle all requests fairly and promptly.

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you subscribe to a paid Cloudiva plan for the first time, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment — no questions asked. This guarantee applies to first-time purchases only and does not apply to renewals.

Results depend on many external factors. We provide tools, not guarantees.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your portal account settings under Billing → Cancel Plan. Cancellation stops future billing. Your access continues until the end of the current paid period — we do not offer pro-rata refunds for mid-period cancellations.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email billing@cloudiva.mk or use our contact page with the subject line "Refund Request".

Include your details

Provide the email address on your account, the date of the charge, and a brief reason for the request.

We review your request

We aim to respond within 2 business days. Eligible refunds are approved without hassle.

Refund is processed

Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe. Credit card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

5. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks cause additional fees and may result in immediate suspension of your account. We are committed to resolving billing issues fairly — please reach out first.

6. One-Time Purchases

One-time purchases (such as standalone SEO audit reports) are non-refundable once the report has been delivered. If you experience a technical failure that prevents delivery, contact us and we will resolve it at no extra cost.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. For active subscriptions, we will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes.
