You may cancel your subscription at any time from your portal account settings under Billing → Cancel Plan. Cancellation stops future billing. Your access continues until the end of the current paid period — we do not offer pro-rata refunds for mid-period cancellations.

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks cause additional fees and may result in immediate suspension of your account. We are committed to resolving billing issues fairly — please reach out first.
One-time purchases (such as standalone SEO audit reports) are non-refundable once the report has been delivered. If you experience a technical failure that prevents delivery, contact us and we will resolve it at no extra cost.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. For active subscriptions, we will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes.
